Beehive Qualification Process - New RFP Request

You've received a new RFP request. Below are the steps you should take to move forward.

Step 1: Lisa Manages Inbound Email Request

The initial inbound email request will be managed by Lisa.

Step 2: Determine if ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)

Determine if the contact/company is an ICP.

If the contact is NOT an ICP, send them the following email template: Thanks but Pass Email Template

Step 3: Enroll the main point of contact in the sequence, "RFP Fit Sequence"

Now that we've taken care of a majority of the internal data housekeeping items above, it's time to reach out to the prospect! Please enroll them in the "RFP Fit Sequence" sequence.

Be sure to enroll the contact into the sequence that has YOUR NAME in the title.

This sequence is designed to automatically reach out to the prospect and try to get them to answer initial questions so you and your team can curate a custom proposal.

Step 4: Once the prospect answers the questions you sent via the RFP Fit Sequence, and you've determined they're a fit for Beehive, enroll them into the Discovery Meeting Sequence

Now that the prospect has sent you the answers to the initial RFP questionnaire, AND you've determined they're a good fit for Beehive - it's time to try to book a Discovery Meeting with them!

You can do so by enrolling them into the Discovery Meeting Sequence, which will have links to where the prospect can book a meeting with you.

Be sure to enroll the contact into the sequence that has YOUR NAME in the title.

Final Notes

If the prospect books a meeting from your Discovery Meeting sequence: They will be automatically unenrolled from the sequence and a new deal for them will be made on the New Client Growth Pipeline.

If the prospect DOES NOT book a meeting from your Discovery Meeting sequence: A task will be assigned to you to follow-up with the lead and disposition them (if applicable)
